The process that MUST be followed is:
1) Call us prior to their appointment and give us their name and when
their appointment is.
2) Visit us on Facebook, “Like US”, and send us a message on your
preferred payment method. This also must
be prior to their appointment.
Please instruct your referral to tell us your
name when they come in.
We will pay you within the next few days via
Paypal or you can come in anytime to receive payment. Please make sure to follow the process properly;
this is the only way we will pay the referral.
